  We identify environmental requirements that may affect the location, timetable and viability of a proposed investment. We support applications for decisions on environmental conditions and lead the legal aspects of environmental impact assessment in cooperation with technical experts.

  We organise obligations relating to integrated, emissions and water permits and the operating conditions attached to them. We also review record-keeping, reporting and environmental fees, helping reduce the risk of infringements and operational disruption.

• Waste, packaging and the circular economy
